1. Agreement
By using this website or engaging Knockknock Club for services you agree to these terms. Individual projects are governed by a written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over anything here if they conflict.
2. Services and scope
Every project starts with an agreed scope: deliverables, formats, revision rounds, timeline and fee. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we begin it.
3. Payment
- Projects typically require a deposit before shooting begins, with the balance due on delivery.
- Invoices are payable within the period stated on them; late payment may pause delivery.
- Advertising spend on Meta or other platforms is billed separately and is never included in our fees unless stated.
4. Revisions and approval
Each deliverable includes the number of revision rounds stated in the proposal. Once you approve a cut, further changes are treated as new work. Silence for 14 days after delivery counts as approval.
5. Ownership and usage
On full payment you own the final delivered files and may use them across your channels without limit. We keep the right to show finished work in our portfolio and social media unless you ask us in writing not to. Raw footage, project files and unused concepts remain ours unless purchased separately.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of any claims, prices or offers in the content we produce, for obtaining permission to film on your premises, and for releases from any staff or customers who appear on camera at your request.
7. Cancellations
Shoots cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur crew and equipment costs already committed. Deposits are non-refundable once pre-production has started.
8. Liability
We deliver our work with care and skill, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as views, followers, bookings or sales. Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid for it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of the city in which Knockknock Club is registered.
